To start Tomcat, Tomcat By SW MUST have the following
components installed:
1) Tomcat By SW
2) Tomcat By SW Starter and Stopper
If required components cannot be found, the Manager will
notify you
The startup sequence varies by the performance of your
computer (i.e., How much RAM is installed, processor speed,
what your system is doing), but generally occurs within 1
minute.
