Safari Teflon By SW is a command-line package that, when installed, runs a series of automated scripts which automatically removes Safari Cache files (every 5 minutes) and History (on quit).

So why create this utility?

In OS X, you can empty Safari's cache manually, or use third party utilities to disable it.
Unfortunately, if you want an audomated process that won't prevent working with some oddball webapps which "require" a cache, there aren't many choices...

And, since its a package (and not a standalone program)....it can be used in conjunction with technologies such as:

Apple Remote Desktop
Timbuktu
Telnet/SSH
Netboot
Netinstall

So you can install this utility on several thousand machines simultaneously....even remotely!
This could save lots of time if you wanted to install this program without going to yet-another mac and running yet-another copy of yet another utility.
